Cypress Tree Tunnel & Elephant Seals

So I have this friend, who manages to squeeze every inch out of everyday. She amazes me with adventures she creates on a daily basis. Today she woke up in time to drive to Inverness to watch the sunrise through the Cypress Tree Tunnel in Inverness. If you haven't been out there, treat yourself to this magical view. It's best to go on a weekday, but if that four letter word (WORK) gets in the way, then get yourself out there this weekend. Makes a day of it - from there head out to the Pt. Reyes Lighthouse as the mating cycle of the elephant seals will start soon. On the weekends, highly trained docents with binoculars, spotting scopes and a wealth of information are there to help you.
